Yelang Jiang 8 (夜郎酱8)

Guizhou baijiu in the sauce aroma style, produced in Maotai Town using the traditional "12987" method of multiple solid fermentations and long aging in tallows, for a dense, fragrant, and very authentic profile. On the nose, it combines fine soy sauce, toasted sesame, and dried fruit with clean cereal notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round, with subtle umami balanced by elegant sweetness and freshness that extends to a long, harmonious finish.
