Speyside single malt matured exclusively in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks, giving it richness, depth, and a subtle smokiness characteristic of the house. The nose reveals sweet toffee, black pepper, and hints of peat, evolving into apple, wild berries, and dark chocolate. The palate is creamy and precise, with ripe apple, toasted oak, roasted malt, and a light citrus; the finish is medium-long, with dried fruit and soft smoke.
