Speyside single malt certified organic by the Soil Association, the world's first organic malt since 2006. Aged exclusively in virgin American oak, it reveals a bright, smoke-free profile: the aroma reveals sweet vanilla, ripe fruit, and citrus zest with roasted malt and green apple. The palate is creamy, with mild pepper and butterscotch, evolving into ground coffee, dried banana, and a subtle herbal note; the finish is medium to long, with notes of anise and cocoa.
