The nose combines clean peat and salty breezes with sultanas, apricot, and honey, along with a light touch of almond and chocolate. The palate is oily and enveloping, with sweet smoke, notes of candied citrus, mild spice, and echoes of dried fruit. The finish is long, saline, and elegant, with the sweetness of Muscat balancing the smoky note. Often bottled above 50% vol., preserving texture and intensity.
