Cartuxa Sparkling Brut 2013

Fresh and elegant, with fine bubbles and a delicate mouthfeel, the result of the classic method and long aging. The base wine was fermented in French oak barrels and aged for six months on lees with bâtonnage; the second fermentation took place in the bottle, followed by six years of aging in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery.
