Christian Drouin Le Gin

Normandy-inspired artisanal gin made from over 30 apple varieties and eight botanicals, all distilled separately and then blended in unique proportions for each small batch. On the aroma and palate, the delicacy of rose and lemon meets the depth of ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, and almond; cardamom rounds the ensemble, while juniper and apple complement each other with crisp notes and fine spice. Dry, silky, and very balanced, it shines in a G&T with lemon zest or green apple, and in a dry Martini with a citrus twist.
