Highland single malt from the Vintages collection, bottled in 2023 after maturation in American ex-bourbon oak and subsequent refinement in Matusalem and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Natural in color and unchilled, it combines richness and aromatic precision: milk chocolate, caramel, and mandarin orange, with ground black pepper. The palate reveals Manuka honey, sweet cocoa, candied apple, and golden sultanas. The finish is creamy and elegant, with vanilla custard, chocolate brioche, Navelina orange, and a light cinnamon warmth.
