A Highland single malt with a fresh and herbaceous profile. The nose reveals citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit), green apple and pear, chopped grass, and biscuity malt with a light floral touch. The palate is dry and crisp, with a light to medium body, revealing cereals, lemon zest, aromatic herbs, and a subtle hint of wax. The finish is clean, long, and slightly bitter with citrus zest, very refreshing.
