Fu Xing 30 (青花30陈酿)

Fenjiu Baijiu in the iconic "Qing Hua" bottle, in a light (qingxiang) style with great aromatic purity. The nose is clear and elegant, with well-defined floral and fruity notes, hints of dried fruit and plum. On the palate, it is smooth and slightly sweet, very balanced, with an enveloping texture and a long, harmonious finish. Made in Xinghuacun, Shanxi, from sorghum, with traditional fermentation and prolonged aging in ceramic jars that accentuate the delicacy and aroma of the whole.
