A Speyside single malt, aged extensively in American and European oak and finished for six months in rare Awamori casks from Okinawa, the first Scotch to receive this finish. The nose reveals vibrant fruit and caramelized almond, with rich notes of oak, cinnamon, and a distinct herbal touch. On the palate, indulgent layers of toasted oak, vanilla toffee, and silky tannins, with hints of spice, lemon sherbet, and green apple, settling into an earthy, warm note. The finish is long, marked by elegant wood notes.
