The nose features citrus fruits (lime and orange peel), dates, and an exotic touch of coconut, intertwined with fine spices like nutmeg. The palate is silky and precise, with ginger, nutmeg, and toasted almonds leading to a center of lemon meringue pie and honeycomb. The finish is long, sweet-dry, and very elegant, with echoes of lemon zest and white chocolate.
