Guojiao 1573 (泸州老窖国窖1573)

Icon of Luzhou Laojiao in the intense aromatic style (luzhou), made from red sorghum and fermented in the historic clay pits inaugurated in 1573, still in continuous use and with a traditional technique recognized as intangible cultural heritage in China. In the glass it is elegant and deep: floral aroma with honey, pine resin and grilled pineapple, silky and enveloping palate, ripe fruit (apple and peach), balanced sweetness and a long and persistent finish, marked by the signature of old wells.
