It is handcrafted and refined with spirits aged for many years in natural cellars, for a "smooth, pure, and elegant" profile. The aroma reveals apple and pear with a hint of grape skin and an earthy, fermented base; upon tasting, it opens to fresh notes of pineapple, a light hint of licorice and sesame, with a saline echo reminiscent of seaweed. The palate is silky and very balanced, fragrant and clear, with a long and harmonious finish.
