The Hakushu 12 Years

A Japanese single malt with mountain and forest DNA, fresh, herbaceous, and delicately smoky. The nose features mint, green apple, and pear, citrus fruits like yuzu, and a hint of pine and mountain herbs. The palate is light to medium-bodied, crisp, and very pure, with smooth honey, vanilla, and orchard fruits enveloped by subtle smoke. The finish is clean and refreshing, dry and elegant, with echoes of herbs and citrus.
