The Hakushu Distiller's Reserve

Suntory's Japanese single malt, distilled at Hakushu, deep in the forests of the Southern Japanese Alps. It has a fresh, herbaceous, and very pure profile, with a nose of mint, melon, and cucumber; on the palate, yuzu, grapefruit, and lemon thyme emerge, finishing with a subtle and elegant smokiness. Excellent neat, on the rocks, or in a highball.
