Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Suntory's signature Japanese blend, combining Yamazaki and Hakushu malts with Chita grain whisky, aged in various oaks, including Mizunara. The nose is delicate and fragrant, with honey and orange blossom, citrus peel, apricot, and an elegant hint of sandalwood. The palate is silky and well-balanced, with layers of honey and vanilla, apple and pear, a touch of coconut from the Japanese oak, and fine spice. The finish is long, clean, and harmonious, with echoes of incense and citrus.
