Hyde No. 5 Burgundy Cask

Triple-distilled Irish single malt, matured for over six years in American ex-bourbon oak and finished for approximately six months in red Burgundy (Pinot Noir) casks. The nose features red and black fruits, blackberries, and black grapes, with toasted spices and cocoa. The palate is creamy and enveloping, with vanilla and fudge sweetness, notes of custard and dark fruits. It finishes long, with chocolate and well-integrated spice.
