Hyde No. 9 Port Cask

Triple-distilled Irish single malt, matured in American ex-bourbon oak and finished in Douro Tawny Port casks. The nose features red and black fruits, cassis, and dried raspberry, with buttery biscuit and a hint of herbaceousness. The palate is creamy and enveloping, with stewed apricot, notes of melon and vanilla, and sweet spice, extending to a medium-long and harmonious finish.
