Joseph Drouhin Marc de Bourgo

A classic Burgundian eau-de-vie, distilled from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay pomace from the house's vineyards, with a special emphasis on Clos des Mouches. It ages extensively in oak in historic cellars—often between 10 and 20 years—developing a dark amber color and a deep profile. The nose reveals gingerbread, tobacco, vanilla, and dried fruit; the palate is balanced and smooth, with a mellow finish and a touch of spice. An elegant digestif, perfect to end a meal or accompany a good cup of coffee.
