Kill Devil Trinidad Caroni 24 Years

A Trinidadian single cask rum from the legendary and now-closed Caroni distillery, bottled by Hunter Laing in the Kill Devil series. There are editions distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2022, with very short runs of around 237 bottles, continental maturation, and a presentation faithful to the original spirit. In the glass, it displays the classic and captivating Caroni profile: deep notes of tar and "clean" rubber in dialogue with ripe tropical fruit, molasses, vanilla, and spices, culminating in a dry, long, and highly aromatic finish.
