Kujira 15 Years

Ryukyu whisky from Okinawa made from 100% rice (single grain) and aged for over 15 years in sherry, bourbon, and American white oak casks in a subtropical climate that accentuates texture and depth. The nose reveals dried plum, candied fruit, mint, and chocolate. The palate is silky and enveloping, with layers of chocolate, vanilla, and honey, followed by spices, a light hint of smoke, and toasted bread; it finishes long, with notes of licorice and pepper.
