Kujira 24 Years Old

Ryukyu whiskey from Okinawa, made from 100% rice and matured for over 24 years in first-fill bourbon barrels by Kumesen Shuzo. The island's subtropical climate intensifies the aromatic evolution, giving it rare depth and expressiveness. The nose reveals notes of dried plum with herbal notes and peppermint candy. The palate reveals chocolate and vanilla enveloped by spices and a hint of lightly smoky wood. The finish is long, with licorice and Japanese pepper lingering on the palate.
