Kujira 31 Years Old

Ryukyu whisky from Okinawa made from 100% rice, matured for over three decades in sherry, bourbon, and white oak casks, with a final maturation in first-fill Oloroso. The nose reveals dried fruits and caramel with oak spices and a hint of tropical botanicals. The palate is rich and silky, with layers of stewed fruit, toffee, and caramel cake notes, balanced by elegant wood. The finish is long and harmonious, with echoes of toffee and fruit. A very limited edition worldwide.
