Louis Latour Marc de Corton Grancey

A Burgundy eau-de-vie of great tradition, distilled from grape marc from the Corton hills and aged for a long time in oak in the historic cellars of Château Corton-Grancey. In the glass, it presents a deep amber hue and a complex nose, highlighting dried fruits, figs and plums, orange peel, honey, and vanilla, with elegant notes of tobacco and sweet spices. The palate is broad and silky, revealing fine rancio, toffee, and dried fruits, culminating in a very long and harmonious finish. A contemplative digestif, impeccable on its own, with dark chocolate, or with a good coffee.
