Matsui Mizunara Cask

Japanese single malt distilled in Tottori and aged in Japanese Mizunara oak, giving it a distinctive aromatic profile. The nose is fresh and floral, with sweet vanilla and a creamy touch of coconut, reminiscent of pastry spices. The palate reveals a silky texture with elegant oak, cinnamon, and ginger balanced by toffee sweetness; the finish is long and clean, with echoes of sandalwood, soft tobacco, and vanilla bean.
