Japanese single malt distilled in Tottori by Kurayoshi Distillery (Matsui Shuzo), aged in oak to enhance the malt's purity and smoky character. On the nose, clean peat with fireplace smoke, with notes of vanilla and citrus fruits standing out. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, combining honey and toffee with green apple and a hint of chocolate, while the peat elegantly envelops the palate. The finish is dry and lingering, with delicate smoke and a slight salinity that invites the next sip.
