Matsui Sakura Cask

Kurayoshi's Japanese single malt, matured in cherry wood (sakura) casks, gives it a floral and delicate profile. On the nose, white flowers and vanilla stand out, with almond and light hints of orange and melon. The palate reveals pastry spices and citrus fruits, a smooth texture, and a springlike breath that precedes a long, very floral finish, with echoes of white pepper and vanilla cake.
