Nikka From The Barrel

A cult Japanese blend that combines Yoichi and Miyagikyo malts with Nikka grain whisky, then "married" in barrels to achieve harmony and depth. The nose reveals orange blossom, vanilla, and caramel, ripe fruits like peach and apricot, and a touch of spice. The palate is dense and enveloping, with layers of toffee, dried fruit, orange peel, and chocolate, balanced by notes of pepper and polished oak. The finish is long, warm, and very elegant. Excellent neat, on the rocks, or in a highball.
