The nose is rich and inviting, with honey, dried fruits and raisins, orange peel, cooked apple, and pastry spices, over beautifully integrated toasted wood. The palate is creamy and enveloping, combining toffee and vanilla with notes of dried fruit and a characteristic touch of pot still spice. The finish is long, warm, and harmonious, with echoes of sherry and elegant oak.
