Deep ruby ​​color. The aroma reveals ripe black fruits like blackberry and black cherry, notes of cedar and oak toast, licorice, graphite, and a hint of chalky minerality that adds complexity. On the palate, it's full and structured, with a silky texture, firm, polished tannins, and well-integrated freshness. It finishes long and elegant, in a classic Pavie style. This blend is predominantly Merlot, accompanied by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
