Savanna Tradition 5 Years

Rum from Reunion Island, made by Savanna from molasses and aged for five years in French oak, primarily ex-Cognac, including Allier and Limousin casks. The nose combines notes of molasses, toasted wood, and coffee with ripe tropical fruit, vanilla, and almond. The palate is round and balanced, with elegant sweetness, hints of pastry, soft spices, and a light touch of anise, culminating in a long, harmonious finish. A classic, rich, and very versatile expression, perfect for drinking neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
