Stauning Rye

Danish rye whiskey made with 100% local rye and barley malted in-house, double-distilled in small copper pot stills heated over direct fire, and matured in new American oak. The nose is reminiscent of freshly baked rye bread, vanilla, and caramel with red fruit and ripe cherry. The palate is full and balanced, with citrus zest and slightly peppery oak leading to a long, spicy finish. Bottled without chill filtration and without coloring, to preserve its full texture and character.
