The Macallan Classic Cut 2023

A Highland single malt from the annual limited Classic Cut series, matured in a blend of ex-bourbon American oak and sherry-seasoned European oak, for an intense and precise profile. The nose features fresh pear and elderflower, with notes of almond and vanilla bean. The palate is sweet and creamy, with vanilla, juicy pear, and lemon zest. A simple water rinse clearly reveals the almond biscotti character, maintaining a long and elegant finish.
