The Yamazaki 12 Years

A benchmark Japanese single malt, elegant and fragrant, matured in a combination of American oak, sherry casks, and Japanese Mizunara oak. The nose features honey and orange blossom, peach, and apricot, with exotic notes of sandalwood and Mizunara coconut. The palate is silky and balanced, with layers of orchard fruit, vanilla, and fine spice. The finish is long, clean, and very harmonious, with echoes of honey, citrus peel, and fine wood.
