The Yamazaki 18 Years

A benchmark Japanese single malt, deep and elegant, combining malts aged in American oak, European sherry oak, and Mizunara oak. The nose features ripe dried fruits, honey, and subtle notes of dark chocolate and spices, with a distinct touch of sandalwood/incense from Mizunara. The palate is silky and concentrated, with layers of dark fruits, toffee, and polished oak, culminating in a very long and harmonious finish.
