Tuopai 20 Years (沱牌20年)

Sichuan baijiu in the intensely aromatic (luzhou) style, made 100% from grains and fermented using the traditional method in antique pots over 20 years old. The recipe uses six grains—sorghum, corn, wheat, rice, glutinous rice, and barley—giving it a fuller, smoother profile. In the cup, it's silky and balanced, with a clean grain aroma and elegant sweetness, finishing long and harmonious.
